DFS also lists experience-plus-course, insurance-degree, CPCU, and qualifying transfer routes; whether the exam is waived depends on the route. 3. 3 #### Apply and submit fingerprints Complete the online application and fees, provide proof of the qualifying prerequisite, and submit fingerprints through the DFS-approved vendor.
