DFS also lists approved designations, qualifying college credit, and transfer or reciprocity routes, with route-specific exam exemptions. 3. 03 #### Apply and submit fingerprints Complete the online application and fees, provide proof of the qualifying prerequisite, and submit fingerprints through the DFS-approved vendor. DFS does not accept fingerprint results from other vendors or states. 4. 04 #### Complete testing and monitor MyProfile After DFS posts authorization in MyProfile, schedule and pass the state exam unless the selected qualification route is expressly exempt.
