DFS also accepts certain combinations of life and health courses or designations, qualifying college credit, and license-transfer routes, with route-specific exam treatment. 3. 03 #### Apply and submit fingerprints Complete the online application and fees, provide proof of the qualifying prerequisite, and submit fingerprints through the DFS-approved vendor.
