DFS also lists designation, college-credit, and qualifying license-transfer routes; some waive the examination. 3. 03 #### Apply and submit fingerprints Complete the online application and fees, provide proof of the qualifying prerequisite, and submit fingerprints through the DFS-approved vendor.
